Country Fried

Country Fried was founded in 2020 due to a need and a call for tasty fish and chips in our area. We struggled to find great tasting fish and chips and decided, lets make our own! Not coming from a cookery background, we invested in training with the NFFF to gain the skills, knowledge and friendships required to run a sucessful fish and chip business.

Since then we have won multiple awards for our food. In 2023 we were named winners of the, Ribble Valley Small Business Award and were also shortlisted as one of the UK's Top 5 Mobile Operators at the prestigous National Fish and Chip Awards . In the begining  of 2024, we were lucky enough to be recognised as one of the UK's Top 3 Mobile Operators by the National Fish and Chip Awards, making it to the final held in London and in October 2024 we were named regional catering  finalists in "The Wedding Industry Awards 2025".

We started small, serving our delicious food at local villages to now being able to cater for events, celebrations and corporate catering. Today, we are one of the most popular food trucks in the Ribble Valley, serving freshly made fish and chips, that are made from using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Our menu features the tastiest fish and chips to be found in the Ribble Valley...Well that's what our customers say! We use only the highest quality ingredients, and our fresh food is made to order. We also have vegetarian, plant-based options available. Our menu is constantly evolving, as we strive to bring new and exciting food to our customers ensuring to keep up with changing trends, while maintaing our traditional fish and chips.
