Frequently Asked Questions

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date, which we will hold as booked for 7 days from the date of our quote, to allow you time to make the deposit payment. The remaining balance is due in full, no later than 2 weeks before your celebration taking place.

Relax, we have everything covered. We will provide everything needed for your event. We will bring wooden cutlery, napkins, tasty condiments and lashing and lashings of 

Salt & Vinegar!

Access to a satandard UK power supply would be great. However, we do have a generator that we can bring with us if required.

All we ask for, is flat and solid standing ground on private land for our service. 

Preorders are not necessary, we will bring plenty of our tasty food with us on the day. Some corporate events will preffer to preorder with departmental time slots, as the staff may be working to a time schedule, this can help to speed up serving times.

Celebrational events – Where time may not be so restricted – Food will have been agreed in advance, which will be served to you and your guests throughout your event for the agreed serving time.  

We use sustainably  caught Atlantic Haddock, along with using local produce which helps us to cut down on our carbon footprint. We use wooden cutlery and, sustainable vegetable oil. Our waste oil is then collected and converted into BioDiesel. Our cardboard is separated and recycled. All of our packaging is evironmentally friendly.

We are also proud to have been named, plastic free champions for a local enviornmental group.

We can cater for special  dietary requirements, and are happy to discuss any dietary requirments you might have.

We will arrive at least 1 hour before your event, to allow us time to set-up ready for you and your guests. If you do require us to arrive earlier than the scheduled time please let us know, as we are happy to discuss any requirments with you.
