We offer flexible service times to suit your event, with options to extend if needed. We can serve up to 100 people an hour so you can invite all your friends.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for peak seasons. However, we can accommodate last minute requests so always best to reach out to check availability.
We take a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will hold the date for 7 days to allow you time to make the deposit payment. The remaining balance is due in full, no later than 2 weeks before your celebration taking place.
We will arrive at least 1 hour before your event, to allow us time to set-up ready for you and your guests. If you do require us to arrive earlier than the scheduled time, please let us know as we are happy to discuss any requirements with you.
We’re happy to accommodate special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, and plant-based options. Discuss your needs with us during the consultation to ensure everyone enjoys the meal.
Relax, we have everything covered. We will provide everything needed for your event. Access to a standard UK power supply would be great. However, we do have a generator that we can bring with us if required. All we ask for, is flat and solid standing ground on private land for our service.
