I approached Country Fried at very short notice for an event that was scheduled for the evening. Helen went above and beyond the call of duty by organizing everything while she was on vacation. What a "trouper"! Our colleagues were very happy with their fish supper, and the service they received from Country Fried's team was robust and professional.
